What ever happend to the Ebb Tide?

That's right....the boat featured on "Miami Vice."  I remember seeing that boat and always thinking it was cool.  I think my love of power boats may have started there....and with the Miss Budwieser.

Does anyone even know what type of boat it was?  How cool would a replica, or the original boat be to have?

I've done a Google search for it, but with no results.

From what I can find online it appears to have been a Wellcraft Scarab 38 KV.

lol, The Welcraft and the Criscraft are both sweet boats. 

But I'm sorry.  It must have been the 80's with that paint job on the welcraft.

I guess it's not a cool as I thought.
