Best ribs I've had were at Steve's Landing.  To get there is going to be a long road trip, though!!  Steve's Landing is at Pine Harbor marina in Soddy-Daisy Tennessee, which is about 15 miles upriver from Chattanooga.  If you should ever find yourself in that neck of the woods, it's definitely worth a visit!

The Roxy in Oshkosh has really good ribs and good food to. :o

You could try Antlers in Winchester, Dan's Citgo is next door and Dan cooks a good rack of ribs.

Texas Roadhouse has great ribs, I agree with Juicey...Long wait most nights though.
