They should just make the move to Los Angeles. I can't see a band from the Fox Velley getting signed to a major contract while gigging here.

I think they are one of the best, if not the best band in the area.  Chris has great stage presents, he work the crowd better than anyone I have seen locally and better than many national acts.  Their songs and music are also top notch.
