Deeded 35' slip right next to pool / bathhouse.  Annual dues approximately $800 / year.  Includes electricity (30amp), cable and water.  Ownership also entitles you to onsite winter storage.  Large grassy common area with picnic tables, trees, swimming pool, bathhouse with showers.
Paid $26,400.  Asking $23,900.

hey Corey, There are some other slips avaiable possibly for rent if number 56 doesnt work out... I'll get back to you on that!!!!
