Greetings Country & Rock Fest Fans
I am sending this email to all of you to tell a story, a story about a little boy, who we have all come to love... Jeffrey Michael Bergeman. Jeffrey is the grandson of Papa Jeff Bergeman who is involved with the Music Festivals. We wanted to do something very special for the Bergeman family, so we have been planning a benefit for Jeffrey Michael, here at the fest grounds on Saturday, October 4th.
Hello,
My name is JEFFREY MICHAEL BERGEMAN. I turned two years old on July 17... On May 24th I took a helicopter ride to St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. My heart had stopped. The EMT's had to shock it three different times in order to save my life. During the course of it all I could not breathe and there was a lack of oxygen to my brain. Now, I have severe brain damage and need constant care. As if that is not enough for my Mom and Dad to handle, I have a one year-old sister with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (brittle bone disease). So, between Susan Grace and Me we are a handful for my Mom and Dad, Jessie and Jordan, of Chippewa Falls. Having two children with special needs, My Mom and Dad need to remodel the house, get a wheel chair lift for the van, and get MANY, MANY SPECIAL THINGS FOR ME.

This event will be held at the Chippewa Valley Music Festival Grounds on October 4th, 2008. There will be food, live music, raffles, silent auctions, live auctions and lots of other fun stuff. We are asking for donations of items that can be raffled or auctioned and asking for your attendance to help us make this a special day. I will be there to thank you all...

Event Time: 12pm-whenever; Food served 12-7pm, Live Auction 4pm, Silent auction ends @ 6pm, Raffle winners will be announced after the silent auction.
Camping: We will be offering camping to anyone who would like to! We would ask for a minimum donation of $10 for the use of a campsite.
Activities Include: Live music; Rock & Roll To Go Plus; great games for children; a live auctioneer; silent auction; fabulous food and a beverage bar serving soda, beer, mixed drinks, and wine coolers.
Items to Win Include: many guns, Leinenkugels items, Fest VIP tickets, Corporate Fest tickets, great-seating Packer tickets, autographed Rock Fest and Country Fest guitars, trips, and MUCH MORE!

The Meet and Greets will be in pairs and will be determined at the 2009 fests.
Not all artists will do the Meet and Greets but we will do our very best to get the ones the buyer wants.
2 pair of Back Stage Tours for Country Fest and 2 pair of Back Stage Tours for Rock Fest
The Back Stage Tours will be in pairs and will be at 3:00 and 5:00 Friday and at 3:00 and 5:00 Saturday for both 2009 fests.
