Looking for a new boat.
« on: July 13, 2008, 09:01:14 PM »
Ok, I'm turning to the knowledge (or lack there of,) and searching abilitys of the community.

We're looking to upgrade to a 25-30ft cruiser style boat.  1993 or newer, Single motor, but Duo prop good.  No Twins.

I'm not brand loyal, so anything other than a Bayliner is good.  Forward and Aft Berth, Prefer a cabin door in the center of the boat, with a rear seating aragement that is condusive to conversations.  Full camper canvas and Air Conditioning are a must.  I'd also like to have a small sink in the Cockpit, but it's not 100% nessessary.

10K-25K but like to stay in the 17K or lower range if possible.

I know it's a tall order, but post up what you can find!

Little older than you asked for but maybe you could get this one down to your price.

Hmmm...all of them are fairly good options except for that crappy 2005 Cruisers.  I heard the owner is gay and has Tangerine / tea bagging parties

Does that mean I should keep a spare transmission around?   :P :-*
