Sorry, I have no inside scoop but from what I have studied, the bars outside of the smoking ban areas are doing better financially thus would be more likely to be hiring.
We went to Cleo’s about a month ago during the weekend. They were not dead but in the past there would have been a line to get in. Now there were some empty chairs at the bar.
