One of the best college bars in Oshkosh. It has the feel of a quaint friendly bar on campus with tons of great specials, expecially Friday.

Packer games are shown on the huge projection tv and the 5 other tv's in the bar. They also have all you can eat food during the Packer Games for $2.00.

There are 2 pool tabels, 2 fooseball tables, 2 gambeling games, Goldentee, 4 dart boards, a touch tube jutebox among other things.

But with all this the best thing about Kelly's Bar are the friendly, cute and fast bartenders. The staff will get to know you by name, expecailly if you join the Norm Club ( 50 days of drinking earn a plaque in the bar and if you can make it to 100 you get your very own ingraved beer mug).
